- All our products are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) with your choice of Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day. Please keep in mind that the total delivery time is equal to ten days (creation of your birth announcement) plus your designated shipping method.
- Privacy & Security
- We are in the business of making your birth announcement amazing and we are NOT in the business of collecting personal information and selling it. We do collect personal information related to the birth of your child, like time of birth, weight, length, hospital name, and family names for the sole purpose of delivering an online birth announcement via email and/or high quality birth announcements shipped to your door. Any transactions placed using the shopping cart via PayPal are transmitted via secure hypertext transfer protocol (HTTPS). Your security is very important to us.
- Returns & Replacements
- There are no returns or replacements unless the products are defective. Please inform us within ten business days of receiving your baby announcement if you feel the product is faulty. All video birth announcements are burned onto "once-write" DVD-R discs and will play on most DVD players that have been manufactured after 2000.
- Ordering
- To order a unique birth announcement, add a package (online birth announcement, single dvd birth announcement, multiple dvd birth announcement) to your shopping cart, and check out via check/money order or credit card/PayPal. Once payment has been authorized, you will be contacted by email with instructions on emailing or uploading pictures and all the personal information that makes these baby announcements a hit.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment methods include check, money order, or credit card via PayPal account. PayPal is the safe and secure way to send money over the internet by keeping your information secure. Any promotions must be redeemed at time of checkout.
- Viewing Orders
- You will be able to view your birth announcement within ten days of providing all baby photos, family photos and textual information that is required to make your baby announcement.
- Updating Account Information
- You have the ability to checkout as a registered user and update your account. We will ship to the address provided at checkout. Updating your account doesn't change the shipping address. We may be able to accommodate shipping address changes if you contact customer service early in the process.
